Get to Know Dr. Peter Lee
Dr. Peter Lee, who was born and raised in Hawaii, returned to the islands after serving tours of duty as a pediatric dentist in the U.S. Air Force. With specialized training in caring for children's oral health, he opened his own practice to provide the highest quality dental care to children in Oahu.
Dr. Lee pursued his undergraduate degree at Boston College, followed by his Doctorate of Dental Medicine from Boston University School of Dental Medicine, which he completed cum laude in 2012. During this time, he earned a scholarship from the U.S. Air Force which allowed him to serve on active duty as a Captain and dentist. His tours of duty took him to bases in Omaha, Nebraska, Korea, and Japan, providing crucial oral healthcare for the brave men and women protecting our country.
After his military service, Dr. Lee's passion for working with children drew him back to Hawaii to complete his pediatric dental residency at NYU Langone. There he gained extensive specialized training while caring for children across the Hawaiian islands of Oahu, Maui, Hawaii Island, and Lanai. Following his residency, he continued practicing pediatric dentistry statewide on Oahu, Kauai, Maui, and the Big Island.
Dr. Lee's gentle, positive chairside manner helps kids feel at ease from their first visit. His passion is working with children to create healthy dental habits that will last a lifetime. When he's not in the office, you can find Dr. Lee spending time with his own three children or enjoying Oahu's beaches and beautiful outdoors.

A Positive First Visit
New patient exams
We understand that visiting the dentist can sometimes be stressful for kids. That's why we've designed every step of your child's first appointment to be seamless! One of our friendly team members will give you both a tour of our office, then we'll get to know your child before their exam.
Dr. Lee takes a gentle approach to exams, explaining everything in terms your child can understand, while also teaching them the importance of oral health. If anything needs extra attention, we'll let you know.
What to Bring
For your first visit, please bring your child’s completed new patient forms, dental insurance card, and any available previous x-rays.

A Partnership with Make-a-Wish
We're proud to partner with the Hawaii chapter of Make-A-Wish to help grant wishes for children with critical illnesses. A portion of our proceeds goes toward making these inspirational kids' dreams come true.
